What this site collects

The only information this site collects directly is what you type into the newsletter form: your email address, and your phone number if you choose to provide it.

Who processes it

Newsletter sign-ups are handled by Klaviyo, which stores the address and sends the emails on our behalf.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and buttons are used. It sets cookies and sends usage data to Google; it does not receive anything you type into a form.

Purchases

Purchases happen on Amazon. Anything you enter there is covered by Amazon’s own privacy policy, and we never see your payment details.

Unsubscribing

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@nyctrees.com and ask to be removed.
