FAQ
Shipping, sizes, stands and what to do when the box arrives.

Questions we get every December.
Can you really ship a real Christmas tree?
Yes. The tree is cut, wrapped tightly to protect the branches and boxed for transit. It arrives compressed, and the branches settle back into shape within a day of standing it up.
When will my tree arrive?
Deliveries run November 20 – December 22. Your exact delivery estimate is shown on Amazon before you pay.
Where do you deliver?
Nationwide. If Amazon can ship to your address, we can send you a tree.
What kind of trees do you sell?
Fraser fir. It holds its needles longer in a heated room than most varieties, which matters more when a tree has travelled.
Does the tree come with a stand?
No. Trees ship on their own, so you will need a stand that fits the height you ordered.
How long will it last?
Four to five weeks is normal if you cut the trunk before it goes in the stand, keep the water topped up and keep it away from heat sources.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Orders are placed and fulfilled through Amazon, so returns and replacements are handled there. Start with your Amazon order and contact us at info@nyctrees.com if you need anything else.
