Where returns are handled

Every order is placed and fulfilled through Amazon. Returns, replacements and refunds follow Amazon’s return process and are requested from your Amazon order, not from us.

Damaged or unacceptable trees

If a tree arrives damaged, start a return or replacement in your Amazon order and email info@nyctrees.com with a photo. Photographs help us find out what went wrong in transit.
